Escape Bag with Rope

Description

A throw bag or a rope bag is a necessary  item of safety equipment that should be carried on the pool/river at all times. It is with 30mtr of rope stuffed into a bag, with the end of the rope attached to the bag. The bag is thrown to a person who stuck in the water. Once he catch the rope, other person pulls the rope in to the shore.
